PCM Homecare was founded to solve a very specific problem: the panic families feel when someone they love needs help at home — quickly.

Since day one, we have kept things deliberately small. Our carers are local. Our office is local. And every enquiry is answered by a real person who can actually help.

We are registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Every carer is DBS-checked, trained and insured. But regulation is only the start — the real work is showing up, listening, and doing it properly.
